Green is Happiness

Ylang-ylang is flowering again.

Not exactly green but...

More shoots coming out! She's being attacked by whiteflies and spidermites, was told to use Brogard to counter... seems to be working but did burn some of the leaves.

Chinese kale seedlings not doing that great.

My basil is growing so much aerial roots so I'm water-rooting a couple.

Magnolia Coco is a slow grower. I've bought another one and also another lowland hydrangea. Am planning to have a pink and a blue hydrangea.

Dill bounced back and grew new shoots.

 Tuberose growing new shoots too.
What's been propagated: Thai basil, basil, avocados, sweet potato.

Planted a couple of onions for its greens.

Tillandsias that I got from last Xmas. One died while the other collecting dog hair. LOL.

Plumeria over at another apartment is indeed very happy.

Homegrown

Picked some Syngonium aka arrowhead plant while walking the dogs for the green wall over at another apartment. Some of the plants didn't survive so I have to replace the empty slots.

More new shoots appearing for Magnolia Lily.

Highland hydrangea is not giving up.

For some weird reason, my lemon's losing leaves.

New shoots for Magnolia Coco too.

The longan was pretty stagnant and then suddenly one wild branch of leaves appeared.

Sowed more bachelor's button seeing the smaller died.

Dill from the supermarket is somewhat surviving.

Coco has been going through my mint.

Overdue Aussie Greens Part 2

We love Sydney. My boyfriend and I love Sydney a lot it is one of the cities we would settle down in if we could.
Our second Sydney visit in late 2015 gave us more time to enjoy the city leaisurely instead of playing tourist. We stayed there an extra week living as a Sydneysider.
I featured the flora of Sydney here after I got home: Part 1 so here's part 2 :D. Part 2 features the gorgeous flora from Sydney Royal Botanic Garden.

Old Love

Stopped by at my favourite florist to pick up some tuberose but my old love greeted me at the door so I  brought them home.

Old love - Calla Lilies. How pretty and elegant!

Tillandsia that I got for last Christmas, the other one didn't survived. I left it too long in the water.

Bought a bunch of dill from the supermarket to grow. They wilted - I suppose it's too hot.

Sowed some Kailan a couple of days ago.
Edamame went a bit crazy. :D
